Fernando Alonso just keeps on tearing McLaren apart

seth-edward-oneal.jpgYep, the Spanish two-time F1 world champion Fernando Alonso is STILL irritated.

As of press time, the two-time F1 world champion is still behind his rookie McLaren teammate, Lewis Hamilton, in the 2007 F1 drivers championship. Hamilton currently has 84 championship points to lead the standings this 2007 F1 season while Fernando Alonso trails by five points with 79 for second place.

And yep, Fernando Alonso is pissed and for all ya'll who didn't know, he probably pulled his latest stunt to fuck up Hamilton's season at the recently concluded 2007 Turkish Grand Prix.

There are rumors that say Fernando Alonso intentionally kept data from Lewis Hamilton to assure that his rookie McLaren-Mercedes teammate wasn't privileged to any of his car's data or set-up, leading to Hamilton's tire blowout in Istanbul.

According to a tabloid, ''if Hamilton's side of the McLaren garage had been able to emulate his teammate's settings in Istanbul, the [tire] blow would never have occurred.''

And yep, you can bet your ass Fernando Alonso is still unhappy with McLaren. And to make matters more interesting, he hasn't denied the speculations that he'll leave McLaren at the end of the 2007 F1 season yet.

''I gave the team a lot. When I arrived in December, I remember the car I drove; I remember the results they had in 2006. And now, I brought to the team half a second, six-tenths, whatever, and I don't see anything giving me back,'' Fernando Alonso said.

Get this, rumors have it that Fernando Alonso is secretly talking to Flavio Briatore about a possible return to Renault next season. What does Flavio have to say about all these?

''He is very special. We had a special relationship at Renault and it was always transparent. Although he signed for McLaren we continue to be friends. Of course I would love to have him in the team, I think everyone would want Fernando because he is exceptional.''

Hmm... The plot thickens.

Who will win the 2007 F1 championship? Bodog has the odds.

Kimi Raikkonen 7/4

Fernando Alonso 7/4

Lewis Hamilton 9/2

Felipe Massa 5/2
