Can Rockies retaliate in Game 3 and beat Red Sox when the 2007 MLB World Series shifts to Colorado?

Game 3. You just know the Rockies have to win this one.

Otherwise, they will go down 3-0 to this Boston Red Sox team focused on winning the 2007 MLB World Series to become champions of the world once again.

The Colorado Rockies will be home for games 3, 4 and 5 beginning this Saturday. After going down 2-1 in Game 2 to the Boston Red Sox, the Rockies are probably happy that they're back at home, hell, they won 11 of their last 12 home games anyway.

Yes, the Colorado Rockies are at their best when they play at home and they will certainly need all the home cooking they can get for Game 3. And for their sake, being at home in Colorado is definitely a huge home advantage.

With the altitude, the humidor and the spacious outfield, the Boston Red Sox will probably need some time to get used to all this. For the Rockies, this is home and of course, they've played here more than any team this season.

The Colorado Rockies won some of their biggest games at home as well.

The Rockies won a thrilling National League wild-card tiebreaker over the San Diego Padres, a division clincher against the Philadelphia Phillies and engineered a big comeback over the Arizona Diamondbacks to give the franchise its first ever National League pennant.

These guys were simply dominant at home during the regular season as well, posting a 51-31 record at home which ranks No.1 in the National League.

Can these guys get it going and win the next three contests at home? They better win Game 3 of the 2007 MLB World Series first because going down 3-0 to the Boston Red Sox is definitely a bad idea.

Who will win the 2007 MLB World Series Championship? Bodog has the odds.

Boston Red Sox 13/2

Colorado Rockies 6/5
