Shit for Randy Moss before New England Patriots play San Diego Chargers in 2008 AFC Championship Game

Talk about some timely shit eh?

A domestic restraining order has been slapped on New England Patriots No.1 wideout Randy Moss after a woman from Florida accused No.81 of assaulting her and then refused to allow her to seek medical attention last January 6.

Rachelle Washington, 35 years old, filed a petition for a temporary injunction for protection against dating violence by Randy Moss in Broward County. The court now forbids the Patriots receiver from coming anywhere near Washington, her home or her car.

GASP! What if Rachelle decided to watch the New England Patriots play the San Diego Chargers this Sunday? Does that mean the court will stop Moss from playing?!? He he...

Randy Moss is also ordered by the court to appear at a hearing on January 28, days before the best of the AFC and the best of the NFC play in Glendale, Arizona for Super Bowl XLII.

Moss addressed the allegation at Gillette Stadium, saying that he never put his hand on a woman in 30 years of his life.

''All I want to say is they’re false allegations,'' Randy Moss said. ''It's something I've been battling for the last couple days, threats of going public if I didn't pay X amount of dollars. Before people rush quick to judgment, I think you need to find out the facts about what's going on.''

''I really don't know the whole story about what's being said. All I know, supposedly, I battered her, or whatever it may be, or I physically hurt a woman. Well, I want to make something clear. In my whole entire life of living, 30 years, I've never put my hand on one woman, physically, or in an angry manner.''

Moss also said that the woman asked for six figures for her not to go public. I say, she's just a Chargers fan ready to fuck up the Pats' campaign for a title.
