Rasheed Wallace, Detroit Pistons visit Charlotte Bobcats

Yep, my man Rasheed is back scoring like Donald Trump on a five-dollar whore. Well, at least against the Spurs in San Antonio anyway.

The contenders in the 2007-08 NBA basketball season are beginning to take shape and as always, the Detroit Pistons are still one of the top title contenders out there that can play with the best of them.

Against the Spurs, Rasheed Wallace simply raped Tim Duncan in the post, dropping a double-double on poor Timmie of 23 points and 15 rebounds. Yep, 'Sheed sure had shades of his days with the Portland TrailBlazers, when he was simply dropping all those sick slams on the bitches.

Against the San Antonio Spurs, Wallace wasn't necessarily dropping slam dunks as if he was in Portland again, but man, his jumper was just wicked in Texas. Rasheed shot 9-15 from the floor in all 40 minutes of play for the Detroit Pistons. Duncan had no idea how to defend the 6'11'' big man.

The Detroit Pistons snapped a two-game losing streak with their win over the defending NBA champions after their incredible 11-game winning streak that topped the league. The Pistons lost 102-86 to the Dallas Mavericks last Wednesday night to kick off their latest road trip.

The Charlotte Bobcats, in all fairness to them, probably scored their biggest win of the season to date. They just brought down the current kings of the NBA, the Boston Celtics, 95-83, and it's understandable that they will welcome Detroit with a little bit of swagger.

Of course, the Pistons like their opponents to have that sense of security before they punish them hard, all night long.
