The Denver Broncos visit the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field on Sunday in a battle of two struggling NFL Teams

And THIS could be a preview of Super Bowl XLII in Glendale, Arizona.

Um... NAH. I don't think so. These two teams are just struggling this 2007-08 NFL football season. The Denver Broncos are leading a pathetic AFC West division at 5-5 while the Chicago Bears are at the very bottom of the NFC North at 4-6.

Yeah, sure, most of you can probably make a case for the Denver Broncos after winning two straight games. Well, maybe, but since star wideout Javon Walker is still out, I'm not expecting these guys to do anything in the playoffs. That is if they make it there.

For what it's worth, receiver Brandon Marshall is coming to this Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears, still optimistic that they will finally get the ball rolling. After winning two straight to finally lead a division they say was theirs in the first place, I don't blame him.

''It's always been our division,'' Brandon Marshall said. ''It's time for us to take it back. San Diego, Kansas City, they don't have the talent like us in the locker room.'' (Yeah, the Oakland Raiders are just too bad of a team to mention these days...)

The Chicago Bears on the other hand, lost the defense that sent them to the Super Bowl last season. Against the Seattle Seahawks last week, the Bears defense gave up 425 yards en route to a 30-23 loss.

For what it's worth, some of the Bears feel a sense of urgency.

''Time is running out, we can keep talking about making a run, making a run, but time is running out. Time's almost out right now,'' Chicago Bears corner Charles Tillman said.

The Denver Broncos have not visited the Chicago Bears since a 13-3 victory on December 18, 1993. Both the Broncos and the Bears have played twice since then, with Chicago winning 19-10 in the last meeting last November 23, 2003.

I don't know if Chicago can win this one though because as bad as the Broncos played all year, there is no one on God's green Earth who can play worse than Rex Grossman.
