2007-08 NFL Football Week 13 Gambling Guide

Is this the week that the Miami Dolphins finally win a fucking game?

It's Week 13 of the 2007-08 NFL football season folks and although the Miami Dolphins haven't won anything whatsoever yet, No.13 could be a lucky number for them as they welcome the struggling New York Jets on Sunday. Yes folks, this could be the game Miami finally wins one. He he...

Why? Well, for one, the New York Jets are trying to catch up to Miami for that overall No.1 draft pick in the lottery. Yes, sad to say, but that's the only thing these guys can play for at tis point of the season. The Jets, at 2-9, are ''tied,'' if you will, with the St. Louis Rams as the second worst team in the NFL.

The worst team is of course, the 0-11 Miami Dolphins. Amazing huh? In a season when a New England Patriots team is trying to become only the second team since Miami's 1972 Dolphins finish a season undefeated, the 2007-08 Dolphins are trying to finish, winless.

Who wins? Well, if the Miami Dolphins team that we will see this Sunday is the same team that held the Pittsburgh Steelers to 3 points last Monday, I'm picking Miami. Imagine that.

Two other teams hoping Week 13 could be a lucky one are the 3-8 Atlanta Falcons and the 2-9 St. Louis Rams. They will dance this Sunday and although they won't be playing for anything whatsoever on that field, let's see if they'll finish their campaign strong or just start losing games deliberately to snatch the No.1 draft lottery pick away from the Dolphins.

The Atlanta Falcons, yes, without Michael Vick or any solid quarterback for that matter STILL, will visit the St. Louis Rams at Edward Jones Dome. There's nothing to look forward to in this one besides the fact that this football game still is a perfect excuse for you to drink some booze and munch on some chips while your girlfriend cleans up your room.

Last but certainly not the least, the Chicago Bears try to keep their season alive when they play hosts to the New York Giants. The Bears started flat-lining against the Denver Broncos last week but thanks to Devin Hester, the pulse was still there.

On Sunday, the Chicago Bears will be trying for the exact same thing against an agitated New York Giants team that was virtually fucked last week when the Minnesota Vikings, without Adrian Peterson for crying out loud, ran all over them, 41-17.

I don't like the Bears' chances.

Here are the rest of them picks for Week 13.

Buffalo Bills over the Washington Redskins -2.5

Minnesota Vikings over the Detroit Lions -6.5
