Chad Johnson to lead the Bengals past the Steelers?

The last time Ocho Cinco was in the house, he torched the Tennessee Titans for THREE touchdowns.

Yep, Chad Johnson is back this 2007-08 NFL football season folks as he led the Cincinnati Bengals in trashing the Tennessee Titans, 35-6, earning him the title AFC Offensive Player of the Week.

The Cincinnati Bengals will bring their high-powered offense to Heinz Field to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers and while the Bengals were busy scoring 35, the Pittsburgh Steelers were only able to score THREE.

He he... I guess it's only a matter of time before the Cincinnati Bengals win their second consecutive game right? Well, if both the Bengals and the Steelers teams we saw last week will be playing, yes, it'll be another Chad Johnson show.

After throwing a career-high four interceptions the week before torching the Tennessee Titans, Bengals QB Carson Palmer rebounded nicely, completing 32 of 38 passes for 283 yards with three touchdowns and an interception for the 4-7 Cincinnati Bengals, who have two wins in their last three games.

''I think that is obviously the best football game we've played this season,'' Cincinnati Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis said of their 35-6 win over Tennessee.

''I thought we made good football plays in all three phases. We executed well on offense other than the procedure penalties. We executed great on first and third down offensively and defensively.''

''The guys did a great job again of covering the kicks. We continue to grow with those new guys. We are really playing well in those areas right now.''

Of course, betting on a team that scored 35 over a team that can only muster three last week is perfect common sense. However, we're talking about betting AGAINST the Pittsburgh Steelers here, a team known to play tough defense and play really REALLY low-scoring football games.
And as much as I like my man Ocho Cinco, no, I wouldn't be putting my money on him this Sunday night.
