The Texas A&M Aggies know they won't win any BCS title anytime soon so they are changing their shoes.

Whatever that means.

Yep, the Texas A&M Aggies, perhaps finally getting that they won't win any BCS title anytime soon, especially in the coming 2007 NCAA college football season, have done something that might at least get some people from SportsCenter to talk about their godforsaken football program.

They are changing their shoes from Nike to Adidas. He he... Yep, that's it. There's really nothing else to talk about these guys anyway. Apparently, they feel that it's all about the shoes as Texas A&M finally ended their relationship with Nike and moved on with the three stripes.

Adidas is currently stealing Nike's clients and the Aggies are not the only one who made the switch. Of course, Adidas is thrilled that they now have some of Nike's boys with them coming to the brand new 2007 NCAA college football season.

''We believe college sport is very important,'' Erich Stamminger said. Stamminger is the president and chief executive officer of the Adidas brand.

Adidas' goal this year is to ''enter all school agreements with marquee programs that stand for performance, reflecting our mission to be the leading sports brand in the world.'' Yep, ''marquee programs that stand for performance,'' I don't know what the fuck they're doing with the Aggies though.

Aside from the Aggies, the Michigan Wolverines have also made the switch from Nike to three stripes. Michigan signed an eight-year contract with Adidas valued at $60 million in cash and merchandise, including a $6.5 million signing bonus.

The Michigan Wolverines is Adidas' biggest university deal as of press time.
