Jose Canseco and his new book about Alex Rodriguez
With the media frenzy A-Rod has been having lately, you can just feel Canseco wants to put an end to it.
Yep, after Jose Canseco wrote the book entitled, ''Juiced'' in 2005, exposing the use of steroids in MLB baseball and naming MLB players who did use the said illegal substance, including himself, Rafael Palmeiro and Mark McGwire, the guy has a new one and he said he has some JUICY stuff on poor A-Rod.
Canseco told a radio station in Boston that his new book, which will be out this fall by the way, will have some juicy info, so to speak, about New York Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez.
Get this, Jose Canseco called Alex Rodriguez a ''hypocrite'' who ''was not all he appeared to be.'' Hmm... Creating some hype for a new book eh? Well, if he is indeed trying to generate some hype for his upcoming book, he sure is doing a damn good job of it.
Is he saying Alex Rodriguez uses steroids too? (Like most home run kings on that diamond these days?..) All Canseco said about that is, ''Wait and see.''
''Jose has information about A-Rod and the Yankees that will be in the book. But, I am not sure if Jose is willing to disclose it at this point,'' Jose Canseco's lawyer, Robert O. Saunooke, said.
So what does Alex Rodriguez have to say on this ''juicy'' stuff about him on Canseco's new book? Apparently, A-Rod is not ready to talk yet either. A-Rod said he hadn't heard Cabseco's comments about him. ''And I have no comment,'' A-Rod added.
Jose Canseco got a lot of attention after writing the book, ''Juiced.'' MLB baseball then became somewhat controversial when talking about steroids and it still is up to this very day.
I can only imagine what will it do to A-Rod. He he...
