Steven Jackson NFL Fantasy Owners are now screwed

Thankfully, I just traded the sonuvabitch for Joseph Addai. Sorry Neo, I guess I just screwed you over after that trade after all. He he...

As the St. Louis Rams continue to struggle in this 2007-08 NFL football season, Rams RB Steven Jackson just got blitzed by a left groin injury that could have him out for a week, at least. Ouch.

Yep, Steven Jackson, after struggling for the third straight week, left last Sunday's 24-3 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with a partial tear on his left groin. He is now ruled out for their next Sunday's dance with the Dallas Cowboys and that's already the St. Louis Rams being optimistic about it.

How bad has this season been for these guys? Jeez... After losing Orlando Pace, the seven-time Pro Bowl tackle that clears the lanes for the Rams RBs, in the very first game of the football year with a season-ending shoulder injury, they lost Steven Jackson a day after losing guard Mark Setterstrom, who is also now out for the remainder of what should be a rather fucked up season.

For all ya'll who STILL owns Steven Jackson in your fantasy teams, you better drop this guy now because even if he turns out to be eligible to play, their won't be anyone left in the Rams' frontline to clear the lanes for him anyway.

St. Louis Rams quarterback Marc Bulger is the only guy left playing for St. Louis. Oh by the way, the guy is playing with bruised ribs and you just know that the Rams just can't afford to lose this guy too. He he...

We all saw that last Sunday in Tampa where the Rams just played conservatively and tried everything that they can to protect Bulger and those broken ribs. The Rams lost again to go 0-3 but at least they still have their only remaining star healthy.

That is perhaps the only thing the St. Louis Rams can hope for at this point, keep playing and stay the heck away from all those injuries.

Sad ain't it?
