Sven-Goran Eriksson to coach in the Premiership again?

Thanks to Steve McClaren, we'll see this silly old fart again.

After handing the England national football team to Steve McClaren following a shitty performance in the 2006 FIFA World Cup, Sven-Goran Eriksson is bored and is contemplating on making a return to English football, lusting to coach a team, ANY team, in the Premiership.

After England lost to Portugal in the quarterfinals of the 2006 FIFA World Cup, Sven-Goran Eriksson resigned as manager of the England national football team, handing over the club to Steve McClaren only to see the team he left become something even worse.

Oh yeah, the guy is bored too. Probably bored of watching England get their asses kicked in every international fixture. Eriksson is still being paid compensation by the Football Association but the Swede, who admitted to being, yes... BORED after almost a year out of work, is looking for a way back into the game.

''I hope to be back in football next season because I love football. Yes, I would take a big job wherever. I wouldn't say I was fed up but I'm a little bit bored,'' Sven-Goran Eriksson said.

Basically every single thing Sven-Goran Eriksson does was very well documented by the English media when he was the man running things in England football.

When he was asked if he's ready to endure the same public scrutiny of his private life he suffered as the man-in-charge of England and take charge of an English club in the Premiership, he had this to say.

''I'm very stubborn, I will take a good job wherever it is, even if it is in England.''

Who will win the English Premier League in England football? Here are the odds from Bodog:

Manchester United 1/4

Chelsea 5/2
