Can Boston Celtics win NBA Title, Game 5 in Los Angeles?

It's ON this Sunday night, when the Boston Celtics will look to win their 17th title in franchise history right there in Hollywood.

The 2008 NBA Finals is about to conclude with the Celtics on the brink of winning yet another NBA world championship. Heck, after watching these guys come back from a 24-point deficit in Game 4 to beat the Lakers at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, there's no reason why you should think otherwise.

Coming to this season, everybody knew the Boston Celtics were built this season for one reason and one reason only, that's win the NBA championship. After all those seasons of turmoil, the key moves they made in the offseason instantly made them a legitimate title contender.

With the signing of future hall-of-famers, Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen, the Boston Celtics were finally able to have guys who can lead this franchise back to title contention after hall-of-famer Larry Bird walked way from the game and hanged the ever famous Celtics No.33 jersey, for good.

Isn't it ironic that this team, a team built to win the championship, can finalize the script right there in Hollywood? It will be a fitting end to what has been a championship season. And not even Kobe Bryant will be able to stop it.

Hell, after Kobe and the rest of the Los Angeles Lakers squandered a HUGE 24-point lead in the fourth quarter, losing to Boston 97-91, how can you expect this team to turn it around?

The Lakers are down in this championship series 3-1 after Paul Pierce led the Celtics to what has been the greatest comeback in NBA Finals history. Pierce has been the Celtics' emotional leader and in their Game 4 come-from-behind win over the Lakers, he proved just that.

Ray Allen, the ever consistent offensive weapon for Boston, was a factor as well, scoring 19 points to help Pierce fuel the Celtic comeback. Allen, KG and Pierce are now a win away from their very first NBA championship ring and Hollywood could bear witness to it all on Sunday night.

No team has come back from a 3-1 series deficit to win a best-of-seven affair for the NBA title. Sorry Hollywood, but this movie script has the Celtics winning it all.
